How are frosted tips done?
The barber lifts only the ends of the hair standing up in the cut, freehand, and tones them. It works best on a textured crop, a quiff or curls where the tips separate.
How long do they last?
Until you cut them off — usually two haircuts. There is no root line and no awkward grow-out.
Does the cut have to come first?
