What does shaping a full beard involve?
The barber sets the cheek line high or low to suit your growth, drops the neckline to a finger above the Adam’s apple, evens the length across the jaw and tapers it into the sideburns. Scissors do the shape, clippers do the bulk, and a razor finishes the edges.
How short should I let it get between visits?
A full beard holds its shape for three to four weeks before the outline blurs. Most clients take the beard with the cut as the full set — one booked hour — which is the cheapest way to keep both correct.
Can a patchy beard still be a full beard?
