What is a curtains haircut?
Length at the front, parted centrally, layered so each side sweeps away from the face. The sides can be left long, tapered, or faded for contrast; the back is usually kept moderate so the weight stays at the front.
How much length do I need?
Enough at the front to reach your cheekbone — usually twelve centimetres or more. If you are growing into it, your barber can cut a shape that stays wearable on the way rather than leaving you in limbo.
How do I style curtains?
Damp hair, dried with your fingers pushing back and out from the centre, then a light sea-salt spray or texture cream. Avoid anything heavy — the movement is the point.
