What is a two block cut?
The under-section around the ears and nape is clipped short, and the top layer is left long enough to cover it. There is no gradient between them — the top simply drapes over the crop. It is the foundation of most Korean men’s styles.
Two block or undercut?
Mechanically similar; visually opposite. An undercut shows the step deliberately, a two block hides it under a soft, longer top. Ask for a two block if you want the silhouette, not the contrast.
How is it styled?
Usually with a middle or side-swept fringe, light texture, matte finish. A curl perm on top is a common addition — ask if you want it and we will tell you honestly whether your hair will hold it.
